South Brunswick Women's Commission To Host Annual Conference March 18
The event will be held at the South Brunswick Municipal Complex Campus, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Women’s Commission will host their 25th annual Women’s Leadership & Pathways Conference on Saturday, March 18.
The event will be held at the South Brunswick Municipal Complex Campus, 540 Ridge Road, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The keynote speaker for this year is Hala Tala, the host of the Young & Profiting Podcast and CEO of YAP Media, a production and marketing agency.

“The South Brunswick Commission on Women works to help our town’s young women become tomorrow’s leaders. The Commission also works to address serious issues such as domestic violence prevention and access to educational opportunities,” Councilwoman Ann Grover said in a statement. “A key part of this is to give our young people the opportunity to interact with successful public and private sector female leaders. This year’s conference continues that record of achievement.”
The South Brunswick Task Force on Women's Leadership was founded in 1996 and renamed as the South Brunswick Commission on Women in 2000.

The Commission is run on a volunteer basis and members include adults and high school students.
Each spring, the Commission sponsors a Women’s Leadership Conference bringing together students, adults, and leaders from South Brunswick and beyond.
"There are many serious issues facing women at home, in education, in the workplace, you name it. It is important that our community maintains a platform where women can come together, share their experiences, develop solutions, and serve as a forum for helping women of all ages meet these challenges,” Councilwoman Jo Hochman said.
“I look forward to the upcoming Women’s Leadership & Pathway Conference as well as to the continued outstanding work that the volunteers of this Commission in service to the women of South Brunswick Township.”
