Traffic Enforcement, Planning Board: South Brunswick This Week

Traffic Enforcement
The South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following directed traffic enforcement through May 19:

- West Side: Heathcote Road — Speeding, stop sign violations, and weight limit ordinance violations
- East Side: Stults Road/Herrod Blvd - Speeding, stop sign violations, and distracted driving
Road Construction Scheduled on Deans Rhode Hall Road and Henderson Road
The Middlesex County Department of Highways will be milling and resurfacing Deans Rhode Hall Road and Henderson Road over the course of the next month. The project is scheduled to begin and end, subject to availability of equipment and weather permitting. Work will take place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday:

- Deans Rhode Hall Road from Turnpike Bridge to Fresh Ponds Road – Milling 5/15 to 5/18
- Deans Rhode Hall Road from Turnpike Bridge to Fresh Ponds Road – Paving 5/19 to 5/30
- Henderson Road from Route 27 to Oakey Drive – Milling 5/19
Ridge Road – Dayton – Gas Main Project
PSEG’s gas main replacement project, along Ridge Road and Griggs Drive, will be returning to Ridge Road on Tuesday May 16. Delays are to be expected. Ridge Road will have alternating traffic between Georges Road and Griggs Drive. The hours of operation will be 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
