Wintry Mix Monday Night Near South Brunswick
35% chance of sleet starting between 6 and 9 p.m. Monday, meteorologists predict.

South Brunswick, NJ - The South Brunswick Township Police Department is warning drivers about a possible wintry weather mix late Monday evening. The worst of the weather is expected north and west of South Brunswick Township, police say, who received an alert from Weather Works.
The wintry mix would start Monday evening between 6 and 9 p.m. and end by 2 a.m. Tuesday. Precipitation is expected to fall primarily as sleet in scattered showers at the onset, however weather experts are not ruling out a brief shot of snow mixed into that, as the air cools thanks to a cold front that moved into the region from Canada.
Precipitation will become steady towards midnight, but rain will quickly mix in.
