Author Meet & Greet

Oheb Shalom Congregation will welcome Eugene Pogany, author of “In My Brother’s Image,” to talk about his book. This fascinating story revolves around identical twin brothers—Eugene’s father and uncle—who were childhood converts to Catholicism until the Holocaust, when one returned to Judaism and the other became a Catholic priest. After the war, they settled near each other in New Jersey but could never fully bridge the differences in their faiths.
