Daryle Pellegrino | Mortgage Loan Originator | NMLS 327220

I’m Daryle Pellegrino, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator serving homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors and real estate professionals throughout New Jersey. I help clients with traditional mortgage financing, including Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo loans, as well as more complex situations involving self-employed borrowers, bank statement loans, DSCR investment property loans, ITIN borrowers, alternative income documentation, credit challenges and home equity financing. After years in the mortgage industry, I’ve learned that every borrower has a different financial story. My job is to understand the entire situation, explain the available mortgage options clearly and find a path forward when one exists — including situations where traditional lenders may not have been able to provide a solution. Through Patch, I share practical information about mortgages, credit, real estate, home financing and homeownership in New Jersey — without unnecessary jargon or the typical mortgage sales pitch. Instruction continually adapts as the student's needs change. ### Math Tutoring Includes: **Pre-Algebra • Algebra I & II • Geometry • Pre-Calculus • Calculus** Whether a student is struggling with a particular concept, needs ongoing support in a challenging class, or wants to strengthen their overall mathematical skills, tutoring is designed around exactly what that individual student needs. Support is available for **homework, quizzes and test preparation, skill development, concept mastery, and long-term academic improvement**. The goal is not simply to get through the next homework assignment or pass the next test. Students develop a stronger understanding of the mathematics itself while building the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently. **All tutoring is private, one-on-one, and virtual.**
