Bounty Hunters, Cops Arrest South Orange Man
The 29-year-old had multiple outstanding warrants, including two from South Orange, police say.

South Orange, NJ – Bounty hunters effected the arrest of a South Orange man last week.
According to the South Orange Police Department, bounty hunters apprehended Montrell Ayers, 29, at his home around 10 a.m. on March 25.
Ayers had multiple outstanding warrants issued for his arrest, two of which were out of South Orange, police said.

South Orange police arrived shortly after the bounty hunters apprehended Ayers to aid in the arrest.
According to New Jersey state law, licensed bounty hunters must be at least 25-years-old, have at least five years of law enforcement or private detective experience and be able to show “good character, competency and integrity,” in addition to other requirements.
