Case of Millburn Crash that Killed S.O. Man Goes to Grand Jury
Ari Vuotila, 39, of South Orange, was killed in the Jan. 27 crash involving a 17-year-old from Millburn.
A grand jury will review the evidence for possible criminal charges stemming from a car crash on Parsonage Hill Road in January that killed a South Orange man.
Paul M. Loriquet, Essex County Prosecutor's Office spokesman, said no other information, including the toxicology report, can be disclosed at this time. The hearings are private, including the date, he said.
Once the grand jury renders an opinion, he said, the matter will be made public.

Ari Vuotila, 39, of South Orange, was killed in the Jan. 27 crash. The driver of the other vehicle is a 17-year-old from Millburn. He was treated for injuries at an area hospital and released.
