Essex County Cops Offer $5,000 Reward To Catch Newark Man's Killers

The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in connection with the murder of Marquet Dorsey, 30, of Newark.

According to the ECPO, around 9 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2014, Dorsey was shot to death while sitting in his vehicle while parked in front of 5 Thomas Avenue in Newark.

Dorsey was subsequently transported to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Essex County Sheriff’s Crimestopper’s Program is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. [See above photos and below caption]
