Ms. Wyeth, who has written classics such as SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL and MY AMERICA: FREEDOM'S WINGS, will share her work and thoughts on the role of the reader, discuss the writing process & lead a Family Story Circle where parents and children can share stories about 'something beautiful' in their lives. Parents encouraged to bring their children and all participants should feel free to bring a "something beautiful" object to the event to share and talk about. This event is sponsored by SOMSD Parenting Center & the Elementary School PTAs. Admission is free. A book signing will follow the event. Books will be available for sale from Sparkhouse Kids / SOMe Book Nook and a portion of each sale will go to the SOMSD Parenting Center.
