Board of Trustees of the Township of South Orange Village

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-9, Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Township of South Orange Village shall hold an executive session meeting on September 12, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall, 101 South Orange Avenue, South Orange, New Jersey, for the sole purpose of discussing terms and conditions for the position of Chief Administrative Officer and contract terms for Administrative Consultant Services.  After the executive session, the Board of Trustees will convene its regularly scheduled Special Meeting.
