The CHS Robotics team is hosting a US FIRST robotics scrimmage on Sunday, Nov 6 from 8AM to 4PM. People are welcome to come by and watch the competitions. Bring kids interested in robotics and have them ask the different teams what they do, how they work and how did they make them.
If you want to know more about robotics go to: www.usfirst.org and once there select the menu pick: FTC which stands for FIRST Tech Challenge, the robotics division that CHS competes in. Once on the FTC page you can find out about the competition ("Bowled Over") and watch an animation.
At the middle and elementary schools we have Junior FIRST Lego and FIRST Lego teams. They are all invited as well.

The CHS varsity team is the defending NJ State Champion and defending 2nd place in the US FIRST World Championships held in St. Louis.
