The sounds of sacred music will fill the sanctuary at when congregants and members of the surrounding community join together for a Festive Musical Shabbat service on Friday, May 18, at 7:30 p.m. Showcasing a variety of uplifting Jewish songs and powerful sacred music, the evening will celebrate the life and work of Theodore Aronson, who is retiring after 45 years of service as the temple’s Cantor. Congregants of all ages are welcome to attend in honor of Cantor’s legacy and his transition to Cantor Emeritus.
All members of the community are invited to join the congregation to enjoy this evening of beautiful music.
