Main Street South Orange will be hosting a welcome back event, GET DOWNTOWN, for Seton Hall students on Wednesday, August 31st from 7:00 – 10:00 pm in Spiotta Park and Village Plaza. This will be a party to introduce South Orange and our downtown to entering freshmen and welcome back upper classmen. This is the only event on the University calendar for that evening, so we are hoping for a large crowd.
We are planning a fun night including live music, food and activities, all things that appeal to students! And, in anticipation, we are decorating the downtown in SHU blue and white, and will hang a ‘welcome back’ banner on the train trestle.
