Who decides when it’s the right time for hospice?  What is the difference between a living will, an advance directive, and power of attorney?  How will you ensure the kind of care your love one needs at the end of life?  Negotiating end-of-life care is fraught with misconceptions and myths, on top of the emotional distress caused by witnessing illness and decline.
