Company Description
It's Moringa LLC is the first vertically integrated for-profit functional food ingredient supplier and retailer of the most nutrient rich tree discovered to date – Moringa Oleifera. Our analyses show that the nutritional and health benefits associated with our moringa oleifera based products are real. We believe that there is an untapped market and have devised a strategic plan to bring this ancient tree to the attention of the natural foods industry and also the American consuming public. Also as moringa evangelists, our mission is to educate the industry and general public as well as deliver 3rd-party approved safe, potent, high quality and all-natural value-added moringa products. Our raw ingredient and products are safety and quality tested by a GMP/FDA/NSF regulated manufacturing facility.
We serve both the functional foods ingredient/manufacturing marketplace as well as the natural/specialty foods retail markets. We offer dried moringa leaf powder for the "On-the-go" foods, woman's health, physical activity, elderly/aging population, children/adolescents, weight loss, colonic health, vegetarian/vegan, deficiency diets/famine and specialty diets markets.
Our initial line of products includes dried leaf powder available in bulk, single-serve packets, and jars. We also offer moringa vegetable oil with nutritional value comparable to olive oil.
In addition, with the aid of our strategic partner, VitaminAngels ( http://www.vitaminangels.org/blogs/vitamin-distribution-ghana-boadi-foundation), every unit we sell will contribute to fighting malnutrition in the developed and developing parts of the world. Our social mission is to make an enduring brand that enhances the lifestyles of health-conscious consumers and the malnourished. Malnutrition accounts for 11 percent of the global burden of disease. Each year it kills 3.5 million children under five years old and impairs hundreds of thousands of growing minds.
