On February 17, 5-year-old Jake was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia, a disease in which his bone marrow stopped producing blood and platelets. He needs a marrow transplant to live a long & healthy life.
Jake's father, Bob Larkin, was a local boy who grew up in South Orange, along with his 3 siblings.
