Mindfulness Meditation and Chant Group

Experience Hebrew chant and mindfulness meditation. The type of meditation we practice uses simple melodies, breath and awareness exercises that relax the mind, open the heart and bring our attention to the present moment. In the silence after a chant, many people experience a sustained sense of inner calm for the first time.
