The Rotary Club of South Orange is acknowledging and celebrating the volunteer accomplishments of three people, one business and an organization for their contribution to the community of South Orange in its fifth annual Service Above Self Awards Beefsteak dinner. They are: John Mousseau of the Maplewood Rotary Club, a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager with Cumberland Advisors; Marilyn Lehren, an education reporter for Patch in Livingston; Chief Jim Chelel of the South Orange Police Department; the South Orange Rescue Squad with President Don Boyle and the Bayonne Community Bank (formerly theAllegiance Bank) with David Onderko, Sam Tolley and Branch Manager Susan Bonanni, South Orange Rotarian. The have all made contributions above and beyond the scope of their jobs and businesses.
The event will include a Beefsteak dinner, acknowledgement of the honorees and silent auction gift baskets and a 50/50.
