Beginning and ending at Spooky Spiotta Park in downtown South Orange featuring: Music and Halloween games in the park followed by the annual Treat Street Parade. Plus the Seton Hall Haunted Alley walk, pick-your-own pumpkin patch, costume contest, refreshments and prizes for everyone!
