Twelfth Night

William Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" is a classic comedy of mistaken identities, disguises and practical jokes. In the Middle Ages, the last night of the twelve days of Christmas - Twelfth Night - was a traditional occasion for foolery. This carnival atmosphere fuels the story until, in the end, all the pranks and merriment are happily resolved - as only Shakespeare can do!
