A Gala Evening of Fine Food and Wine

FAMILYConnections’ Eleventh International Tasting Gala scheduled for April 28th at Orange Lawn Tennis Club, South Orange is less than two weeks away. Tickets are still available. This popular evening of music, fine food and wine will benefit over 4,000 area children, adults and families.

Honorees at this year’s event are: Lawrence Rosen, Chairman of Cra-Z-Art, and Paula Sabreen, former Executive Director of FAMILYConnections.

Featuring many of the area’s finest and most popular restaurants and caterers, the Tasting Gala is an Essex County fundraising favorite. This year’s participants include: Ariyoshi, Papillion 25, and The Club at Orange Lawn of South Orange; Basilico, Martini Bistro & Bar and Splurge Bakery of Millburn; Fiorino Ristorante of Summit; Nero’s Grille of Livingston; Libretti’s of Orange; David Ellis Events of Cedar Knolls; RW Delights of Millington; and Restaurant Serenade of Chatham. New event participants include: The Essex House of West Orange; Chocolate Works and Squirrel and The Bee from Millburn; and THAVMA Mediterranean Grill and Lithos Estiatorio of Livingston.

FAMILYConnections serves the Greater Essex region with 35 behavioral health programs for all ages, offering counseling, skills-building, training and prevention. Funds raised from the International Tasting Gala will support all of these services.
