Interfaith Concert for Peace April 2 at Oheb Shalom

Interfaith Concert for Peace---Wild Peace: Suddenly…Like Wildflowers Sunday, April 2 at 4pm at Oheb Shalom Congregation South Orange.

Join us on April 2nd at 4 PM for a major community interfaith concert to inspire and infuse the heart with hope. Over 120 exceptional singers and instrumentalists, led by 5 esteemed conductors, will create a rich musical feast in many languages. Be transported to a place of passion, inspiration and peace. Don't miss it!

The program will feature guest conductor and narrator, Dr. Joshua Jacobson, acclaimed scholar, conductor and founding director of the Zamir Chorale of Boston. Folk and popular music of the three Abrahamic faiths will be be performed by the Harmonium Choral Society, the Kol Dodi Community Chorale of MetroWest NJ, Voices in Harmony of Essex County and the choirs of St. Andrew & Holy Communion and Morrow Church. This joyous concert will include special guest instrumentalists and singers, Zafer Tawil, Amir Vahab, Peri Smilow, Eliana Kissner, and Cantors Perry Fine, Meredith Greenberg, Brian Kalver and Benjie-Ellen Schiller.
