Local Wellness company is giving back to the community on Earth Day
Local Orange, NJ wellness company, Lycored, is giving back to the community this Earth Day.
The Lycored team will be at the Interfaith Food Pantry from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with local health experts, giving away tomatoes and educating guests on the importance of nutrition on their health and how they can incorporate nutrition in their daily lives. Immediately following, with support of Mayor Dwayne D. Warren, Esq., Lycored will be hosting the unveiling of the “Harvesting your Health” mural on the outer wall of the YWCA that was created by local artist, Sterling Brown.

Interfaith Food Pantry
WHO: Lycored, along with local health and nutrition experts will inform about 150-175 members of the community on the significance of nutritional value in daily routines.

WHAT: To honor Earth Day, Lycored is participating in a community event to coordinate with their “Heart and Soil Garden of Good” campaign. Its purpose is to create a positive awareness on good health within the community. The Lycored team will be giving away tomatoes and informing guests on the importance and value of nutrition. This event will really bring to light how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle.

“Harvesting your Health” Mural Unveiling
WHO: Lycored, along with artist Sterling Brown will be presenting the unveiling of the “Harvesting your Health” mural on the outer wall of the YWCA
WHAT: Lycored really wants to spread awareness for living a healthy life by bringing the community together to reveal a mural, “Harvesting your Health” to go along with the “Heart and Soil Garden of Good” campaign. Sterling Brown, the local artist that created it hopes that it will provide inspiration.
