New Jersey Meetings + Events Magazine Names The Crystal Plaza “Best Meeting/Event Venue of 2017”

The Crystal Plaza wins "Best Meeting/Event Venue of 2017" and The Crystal Plaza Group wins "Best Cater of 2017"

The Crystal Plaza, one of New Jersey’s premier and award-winning venues, was just named “Best Meeting/Event Venue (Not a Hotel) of 2017” by New Jersey Meeting + Events magazine. The Crystal Plaza Group was also named “Best Caterer,” by the magazine.

The annual “Best of Awards” by New Jersey Meeting + Events magazine are designed to honor the cream of the crop in the regional meetings and events industry. The awards are a celebration of the hard work and above-and-beyond service of suppliers who help planners be at the top of their game. The Crystal Plaza was hand-picked for these awards by meeting planners, event planners, suppliers and readers of New Jersey Meeting + Events magazine.

In addition to these new awards, the venue received various accolades in 2017. In fact, The Crystal Plaza was named as “Favorite Venue Just Outside of the City” by Sophisticated Weddings and the “Prettiest Ballroom We’ve Ever Seen” by BRIDES Magazine. The Crystal Plaza Group was named “Hospitality Company of the Year” by Luxury Travel Guide.

Over the years, The Crystal Plaza hosted thousands of wedding and Bar/Bat Mitzvah receptions, meetings and parties for some of the area's most prominent residents, and political gatherings attended by several New Jersey governors, United States senators, and other important figures. The venue is a magnificent turn-of-the-century mansion set on five acres with beautiful lush gardens and the building was designed by one of America’s most renowned architects, Stanford White, who was also responsible for designing Manhattan’s Tiffany Building and other iconic structures.

And the venue’s inside is equally beautiful as the outside. The elegant Grand Ballroom is adorned with numerous chandeliers and the venue’s additional multi-purpose rooms make The Crystal Plaza the perfect location for any type of event. The Crystal Plaza is also known for its outstanding and expansive cuisine offerings. In fact, the venue offers different customizable menus, kosher and non-kosher alike. Each menu is adapted to meet the tastes and preferences of every client.
