Parenting Workshops Coming Up

The Parenting Center of the School District of South Orange and Maplewood is offering spring workshops focused on children with special needs and mindfulness for parents and children. 

"Mindful Parents/Mindful Children: Stepping out of Reactivity and Into Joy" will be presented 7:30 to 9 p.m. May 15.

The presenter is Judith Bernstein, a licensed psychologist who runs a private practice in Maplewood and teaches a mindful-based stress reduction course.
