PHOTOS: Motivational Speaker at Cold Stone

Motivational speaker Rahfeal Gordon spent much of his childhood in and out of Newark homeless shelters with his mother and three brothers, and now he addresses groups of people on how to improve their lives, hearkening back to one principle: "Your location isn't your destination." He conducted a seminar for children on Thursday afternoon outside of Cold Stone, where his company, RahGor Motivations and Publishing, provided free ice cream for attendees.

Currently a resident of Caldwell and a recent graduate of Montclair State University, Gordon, 26, is planning to enroll in graduate-level business courses at Harvard in January.
