Photos of the Day: SOFD Visits Mickey Fried Nursery School

On Tuesday, November 2, the visited the to perform a fire drill, teach fire safety. and the very important skill of squirting the fire hose. The children had a great time learning about "Stop, Drop and Roll" from our local fire department. They also learned to remind their parents to check their smoke detector batteries and designate a safe place to meet outside their home in case of a fire. After that they all got a chance to climb into the fire truck to check out the equipment.
