Police Blotter: Incidences of Criminal Mischief
A stolen lawn mower and another burglarized vehicle parked in a residential driveway turned up in this week's reports.

Monday, May 24:
- A John Deere lawn mower stored in a compartment in the backyard of a vacant Holland Road home was reported stolen.
- The driver-side door lock of a 2006 Nissan Murano parked at a Holland Road home was tampered with, causing damage to the vehicle.
Wednesday, May 26:
- A 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis parked in an Irving Avenue driveway was burglarized overnight, and a Panasonic digital camcorder, iPod, GPS unit, pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and $5 in loose change were reported stolen. There was no damage to the vehicle.
- Two windows located on the front and side of Custom Care Cleaners on Vose Avenue were smashed between midnight and 7 a.m.

- A Milton Place resident reported that she had seen an unknown black male enter her garage and approach her vehicle, a 2007 BMW 328, at around 6:49 a.m. She shouted at him to leave, and he fled to the street and entered a waiting dark blue Jeep Cherokee, which took off east on Varsity Road. A police search of the area turned up negative.
