Reports: No Grand Jury Yet on Fatal Accident in Millburn

The crash that killed Ari Vuotila is still under investigation.

The Parsonage Hill crash case isn't headed to a grand jury quite yet, according to several reports.

Paul Loriquet, Essex County Prosecutor's Office spokesman, could not be reached for comment on Friday. Earlier this week, Millburn Patch and other publications reported a grand jury would review the case in the fatal January accident.

Loriquet told The Item the 17-year-old Millburn driver has not been charged and that his teen status would need to be waived to adult status for a grand jury to review the case. The case is still pending.
