Shoplifter Caught In The Act In 7-Eleven: South Orange Police

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - A 36-year-old Newark man was arrested for shoplifting at 7-Eleven on Valley Street after being caught in the act by officers on May 29, according to the South Orange Police Department.

According to authorities, Wilin Nova was in the process of placing items into his backpack when two detectives happen to walk in as he was doing this.

Nova was placed under arrest, issued a summons for shoplifting and released pending his court date, police said.
