Shoplifter Stopped In South Orange: Police
Keshondra Bellamy also had an active arrest warrant, police said.
SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - A 45-year-old East Orange woman was arrested on an active warrant and charged with shoplifting on April 19, according to the South Orange Police Department.
According to authorities, at 8 p.m. on April 19 officers observed Keshondra Bellamy in front of Rite Aid on South Orange Avenue. The officers were aware that Bellamy had an active warrant, however, they waited for her to exit the Rite Aid, police said. When Bellamy exited the store she was carrying bag which now was full of unknown items.
Bellamy was placed under arrest for the active warrant and after a brief conversation it was discovered Bellamy had just shoplifted numerous items from Rite Aid, police said.
