The recent string of snow storms has taken a toll on all of us. Here are a few recommended tips for dealing with snow stress:
- Keep yourself occupied. Read a good book or listen to music.
- Go outside for a walk and enjoy the snow. Being active is good for the spirit and for your mental health.
- Stay in touch with family and friends - make sure everyone is okay, especially if they are alone.
- Make sure you have an emergency plan - just in case you need it.
