SO Man and Accomplice Arrested for Maplewood Burglary

Two South Orange men, aged 19 and 22, were arrested today in connection with the March 2 burglary of a Maplewood Avenue home.

Nicholas Cardone was charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief, along with his alleged accomplice, Antoine Hinton, police said. Hinton has been released on bail; but Cardone is still being held on $25,000 bail at Essex County Jail. Some jewelry stolen during the burglary has been recovered.

Maplewood Police Det. Daniel Lenzo was the lead detective in the investigation.
