South Orange Eatery Is Magazine's 'Most Delish Deli'
A new magazine ranking puts Town Hall Delicatessen at the top of the best deli in New Jersey list.
SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - Town Hall Delicatessen was voted the "Most Delish Deli" by the New Jersey Family magazine in their latest rankings.
The South Orange eatery topped the deli section of the annual "Ultimate Bucket List" survey, which asked readers what some of their must-do's are in New Jersey.
"Opened in 1927, this deli is the birthplace of the Jersey Sloppy Joe: meat, cheese, cole slaw and Russian dressing on double-decker rye. The deli also makes its own dessert, including crumb cake, rice pudding and brownies," the magazine had to say about Town Hall Delicatessen.
