South Orange To Host World Cup Watch Party, Juneteenth Celebration At Meadowland Park
The village plans an afternoon of World Cup matches and celebration of Juneteenth on Friday.
SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — South Orange Village is inviting residents to attend a World Cup party and a Juneteenth celebration this Friday at Meadowland Park.
The event have food trucks, a beer garden and family-friendly soccer activities.
Residents and visitor can enjoy three World Cup matches on a giant LED screen.

The village will screen USA vs. Australia at 3 p.m., followed by Scotland vs. Morocco at 6 p.m.
“Bring your friends and neighbors, wear your team colors, and experience the excitement of the World Cup right in your town," village officials said in a press release.
