“In response to your patch story, this kid is acting like a stupid [expletive].
“All he is doing is creating public alarm and thinks this is amusing. He needs to be punished. He needs to be treated just like a child in the sense when children do something wrong they are punished I'm hopefully that punishment will act as a deterrent to discourage them from doing stupid things.

“Police could not have explained that any better. Not only is he putting himself at risk, but he's also endangering the lives of the responders that what have to tend to him in the event he became trapped or seriously injured. Emergency rescue crews have to respond to a situation that could have been avoided hampering their efforts in responding to a real legitimate emergency all because this [expletive] wants 15 minutes of fame.
“Legislation needs to be created because what we have now is only a slap-on-the-wrist. He should go to Hollywood if he wants to be a stuntman. He shouldn't hone his skills here where he's causing public alarm. There needs to be some serious jail time to discourage this nonsense because that's all that it is.”
