An archdiocese spokesperson said the difficult decision was made due to ongoing financial losses that are no longer sustainable.
“The parish is grateful for the dedication and care shown by the staff and families who have been part of the nursery community over the years,” the archdiocese said. “The decision was reached after careful consultation with parish leadership, the Parish Finance Council, and the Parish Pastoral Council. Prayers and support are requested for those affected by this transition.”
