South Orange Police Blotter: Flasher Caught
The following arrest information was supplied by the South Orange police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Jenna Mangini, 19, of Montvale, was arrested on Feb. 24, at 2:05 a.m., after officers were called to Seton Hall University on a report of a disturbance in a residence hall. When officers investigated, they determined Mangini had assaulted another student by striking her several times in the face. Mangini was arrested at the scene without incident and processed.
- On Feb. 27, between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., four vehicles belonging to South Orange Middle School employees were keyed while they were parked in the rear parking lot of the school. The detective bureau is investigating the incident.
- Kevin Davy, 20, of South Orange, was arrested on Feb. 27 at 11:05 p.m., after a business owner on Riggs Place saw Davy exposing himself while in front of her shop. Officers were able to arrest Davy a few blocks away from after he was positively identified by the victim. Davy was arrested without incident and processed.
