Summer Playground Program Registration Begins March 2nd

Registration for the South Orange Summer Playground Program begins March 2nd online or in person at the Dept. of Recreation.

The Playground Program is a half-day, 7 week program, open to South Orange children from age 4 (as of October 1) through grade 8. Children meet daily in and around Meadowland Park, enjoying games, sports, music, dance, art, swimming, special events and field trips, plus self-directed play, all under camp counselor supervision. The 2020 program runs from June 29-August 14, 9:00 am-1:00 pm. For complete details and registration information, CLICK HERE.

Registration for the South Orange Summer Playground Program can be done ONLINE HERE or in person at the Dept. of Recreation, 298 Walton Avenue, beginning at 9:00 am March 2nd. Children must be South Orange residents with a current Department of Recreation & Cultural Affairs membership. Membership can be obtained online, in person or by mail.
