Stolen Vehicle Recovered In South Orange

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - The new year got off on a good start for one car owner from Irvington as their BMW was recovered in South Orange, police said.

According to authorities, officers found the 2006 vehicle parked and unoccupied on Finlay Place at approximately 5:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve.

The vehicle was impounded and had been missing since Dec. 21. The car had the stereo removed at some point during those 10 days, police said.
