SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - After some controversial political mailers, long press releases and heated social media exchanges the candidates running for South Orange president and trustees sat down for a candidates forum at Academy Heights on Wednesday.
On May 14, South Orange will have the choice between incumbent Sheena Collum who is seeking a second term and her opponent, Deborah Davis Ford. The field is more crowded for Village Trustee with nine vying for three open seats on the dais: Stacey Borden, Bobby Brown, Donna Coallier, Toshie Davis, Ed Grossi, Summer Jones, Ed Moore, Matt Wonski and Bob Zuckerman are all in contention.
For those who could not attend the forum, the video was shot by VillageGreenNJ.com and uploaded to YouTube by SOMATelevision is below. The trustee hopeful answer questions first and the presidential candidates have their say around an hour into the video.
