West South Orange Avenue Home Burglarized: Police

A screen window was cut to gain entry, police said.

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - The South Orange Police are looking for the person responsible for breaking into a home on May 1.

According to authorities, a resident from West South Orange Avenue reported between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m. someone entered their residence but cutting the screen window, reaching in and opening the porch door.

Taken from the kitchen was the victim's pocketbook, police said.

Detectives responded and will be investigating the incident.
