Yum! Here Comes Red Mango
Frozen yogurt bar will move into the space between Tinga and Bagel Chateau in Millburn.
Calorie conscious dessert lovers can do a little happy dance: Red Mango is opening in Millburn, in the space between Tinga and Bagel Chateau.
David Rothberg and his wife, Jen, who opened the Red Mango in Summit in March, say they are eager to set up shop in Millburn.
“We want this be a late night destination that is a safe, bright place to hang out for adults and kids,” says Rothberg, a Short Hills resident.

The 1,300 square foot store in Summit has five self-service yogurt machines and a help-yourself buffet of fruit and candy toppings. (The yogurt and toppings are weighed before you’re charged.)
The furniture is cool and modern, with brightly colored vinyl chairs that make the space look like a club. Customers tend to linger while they eat, and “lines are out the door,” says Rothberg.

One Short Hills mom who was eating at the Summit Red Mango with her daughter likened the yogurt to "crack. You eat it, and the next day, you have to come back."
