AUGUST SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA (TASO)

Tomorrow

Annual Summer concert at 3:00 p.m., it will be
held in the auditorium of  Jonathan
Dayton High School,139 Mountain Ave.

The orchestra, led by maestro David Gilbert,
will present:

·     
Beethoven's Prometheus Overture,

·     
Les Sylphides written by Chopin for
ballet and arranged by Glazunov.

·     
Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 3, the
"Scottish Symphony," inspired by the composer's walking tour through
the Scottish Highlands in 1829.

Admission is free ( donations are welcome).
