Dangers Of Social Media Presentation Geared For Springfield Parents
A detective from the Union County Prosecutor's Office will speak to Springfield parents about their students and social media on Feb. 23.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — A detective from the Union County Prosecutor’s Office will speak to Springfield parents about their students and social media.
The presentation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 23 at Jonathan Dayton High School auditorium at 7 p.m. All parents are invited to attend.
The detective will discuss the concept of the “Digital Footprint” left by users of social media, and how negative information can impact students. The perils of inappropriate and irresponsible use of smartphones and social media platforms like Snap Chat, Instagram, Facebook, etc. will also be discussed.
