Ahava and the Early Childhood Program present "Chat and Chew". This is an informal chat group for parents. It is a great way to meet other parents, talk about your children and being a parent, and hear about other parent's successes, lessons learned, struggles and joys.
Topics could include: Discipline; handling tantrums; setting effective limits; avoiding power struggles; physical development; daily schedules and routines; new babies and eating issues.
This is a fun and informal way to share the ups and downs, the challenges and joys of parenting. Beth Sandweiss, MSW, will be facilitating this group.
