FREE KARATE CLASS FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!
Hwang Karate is holding an open-house to not only introduce the art of Soo Bahk Do, but to bring families and friends together, enjoy guest speakers and participate in a cultural music lesson. The entire afternoon is free of charge with complimentary child care if needed.
Hwang Karate-Soo Bahk Do is a traditional form of martial arts steeped in Chinese and Korean wisdom. Our classic martial arts philosophies speak to every aspect of the “self.” It is our mission to totally integrate a student’s intellect, emotions, body and spirit into an entire person who is happy, strong and confident. Challenging, energy-packed classes encourage students to increase flexibility and mobility by mastering each level of the art. A variety of classes are offered for all ages. In addition to providing classes for the entire family, Hwang Soo Bahk Do offers Pediatric Special Needs Classes.
The schedule consists of:
-12:00-Tots Class (age 3)
-12:15-MyGOAL (nonprofit autism organization) Presentation
-12:40-Special Needs Class (all ages)
-1:10-Soo Bahk Do Introduction/Q&A
-1:30-Children Class (ages 6+)
-2:00-Cultural Music Lesson
-2:30-Youth/Adult Class (ages 12+)
