College Benefits Research Group (CBRG) is sponsoring a free community workshop, ideal for parents of college-bound high school sophomores and juniors, on strategies for maximizing your family’s college financial aid and lowering your out-of-pocket costs.
Additionally, parents can speak with a top-ranked academic planner who can discuss the selection and admissions process, essay writing, and interviewing skills.
The workshop will be held Monday November 13th at 7 p.m. at the Berkeley Heights Public Library, 290 Plainfield Avenue in Berkeley Heights, and will reveal what parents of high school students need to know as they take on the challenge of applying to, being accepted at, and paying for college.
