FREE SEMINAR: "How To Appeal NJ Taxes -- AND WIN!!"

Seminar Instructs Homeowners On Property Tax Appeal Process

In 2014 alone, nearly 100,000 homeowners appealed their property taxes in New Jersey – and nearly two-thirds succeeded in having their assessments reduced by $25,000.00 to $75,000.00 – thereby lowering their taxes in many cases by $10,000.00 over 12 years.

In this seminar –- hosted by Peter Jordan of Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services NJ Properties — homeowners will be taught how to determine if their property values are overassessed and what is required to successfully challenge assessments in their township.

Homeowners will also learn:
• How individual property assessments and taxes are calculated
• Rules for determining a winnable case
• How to choose the best comparable sales to defend a valuation.
• Common pitfalls and problems that can lead to a permanent dismissal of a case – and how to avoid them.
