Integrity House Clients Premiere Short Film About Adolescent Substance Abuse
Integrity House recently premiered its client-made short film about adolescent substance abuse, transformation and hope.
Integrity House, a nationally recognized non-profit substance abuse rehabilitation center with locations in Newark and Secaucus, recently premiered its client-made short film about adolescent substance abuse, transformation and hope, titled “Boys of Bate.” The fundraiser screening was held on February 26, 2015 at the Clairidge Bow-Tie Cinema in Montclair. The night included the premiere of “Boys of Bate,” followed by a Q&A discussion session, a silent auction and dinner at nearby Fresco restaurant. With an extraordinary turnout complete with a full house and red carpet entry, the event set the precedent for future art and expressive therapy programs and events that Integrity House plans on coordinating, with financial support from the funds raised at the premiere.
Integrity House’s Bate Adolescent Program is a residential program that serves adolescent males between the ages of 13 and 18 who have substance abuse, and co-occurring mental health and behavioral issues.
